Doctoral Program at Berlin School of Mind and Brain
The Berlin School of Mind and Brain offers a three-year structured doctoral program “Mind and Brain” in English. In 2019 and 2020, two three-year DAAD scholarships will be available to the best applicants.
The Berlin School of Mind and Brain based at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, hosts scientists from Freie Universität Berlin within the school's research program and collaborates with and Charité - Universitätsmedizin. The school is the first-prize winner of the “Einstein Doctoral Programme 2017 - 2019” competition. The DFG-funded RTG 2386 “Extrospection” will be part of the school for 2018 - 2023.
The Berlin School of Mind and Brain was established in 2006, and the focus is on the interface between the humanities and behavioral sciences with the neurosciences. Its mission is to educate and train outstanding young scientists in the entire scope of mind and brain research and to sharpen the international profile of the research community in the greater Berlin area.
